Terms and Conditions

  • Withdraw and cancel services, and make financial transactions.

Return & Refund Policy – World Traveler Designs

At World Traveler Designs, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we’re here to help.


Terms of Return

  • You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.
     
  • Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.
     

State of Return

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
     
  • Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box, placed inside protective shipping packaging.
     
  • We cannot accept returns for items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage not caused by us.
     

Reasons for Return

  • You may request a return if the product is:
     
    • Damaged or defective upon arrival.
       
    • Incorrect or not as described.
       
    • Unsuitable in size (if unworn and in original condition).
       

Process for Return

  1. Contact our Customer Service team within 30 days of delivery at customerservice@world-traveler.co with your order number and reason for return.
     
  2. You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
     
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
     
  4. Ship the item to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
     

Process of Refund

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
     
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
     
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless due to our error).
     
  • If you paid with a credit card, please allow additional time for your bank to post the refund.
     

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
